Golden Free is the full plan: a Home Manager who knows your house, the whole 150-point assessment, and every project facilitated at no charge. The paid plans add the quarterly visits, about an hour with your Home Manager four times a year. Free contains everything except the visits, so every price here is the all in price for that tier.
Paid annually takes $50 off Basic and $100 off Pro. The discount is permanent. Free is free, either way.

Water and plumbing
- Moisture meter readings at every bath, the kitchen, the laundry, and the water heater. Every reading photographed and logged in your Home Brief.
- Run the fixtures and flush-test the toilets

- Shutoffs labeled at your first visit, then verified every visit after

Kitchen care

Are you just trying to sell me stuff in my home?
No. We never recommend work because a vendor has capacity. Maintenance is us trying to prevent issues in the home. Projects are you deciding you want something.
It is just not worth it. We are incentivized by volume, not one project. We make way more money by building trust and having a 15 year relationship than we would if we sold you a water softener you do not need. Because we are your everything for the home relationship, we do not have an agenda or quota to sell specific things you do not need. We know if we are solving all the problems in your home, we will make a little money on every issue.
