How it works

We learn your house once, so nobody asks you twice.

One visit, in person, with your Home Manager. After it, nothing about your house is a mystery to us and you never explain it again.

Getting started

Step one

You sign up

Pick your plan and fill out the form. The basics of the house, how you want to be reached, and the issues you already know about. No account, and nothing to schedule before you know what you are buying.

Step two

Your ZIP picks your Home Manager

Your ZIP routes you to the Home Manager who covers it, and you book the assessment straight into their calendar. One person, named, from the first day.

Step three

We start on the known issues

Your Home Manager reaches out within two business days, by the method you chose, and starts working the issues you listed. Nothing waits on the assessment date.

What we cover in the visit

Four things, in one sitting. It is the reason a text later that year gets an answer instead of twenty questions.

The house on paper

More than 150 data points, recorded once. Every appliance make, model and serial number, and an inventory of the materials and colors used through the house, down to the paint and the type of flooring in every room.

The issues

We take your list, then walk the house and add ours. What is broken, what is heading that way, and what would be worth upgrading while we are in there.

The recurring services

What you use today for landscaping, pool, pest and the rest, and where our vendor network can do the same work for less. You keep whoever you want to keep.

The wishlist

The kitchen, the fans, the pool you have discussed for three summers. We write it down so that when you are ready, starting is one message instead of a research project.

What happens next

Your Home Manager comes back every quarter, and anything that comes up in between is one message.
