How we work
One team per home
A customer has one Home Manager who knows the house. The work is relationship work, and it is judged on whether the house is in better shape a year in.
The customer keeps the call
We bring the answer and the customer decides. Nobody here is measured on how much a customer spends.
Vendors are partners
Vendors do the work and warranty it. We hold them accountable, in the customer's interest, every time.
