When you make the call to your Home Coordinator, they get to work on a solution. They’ll identify the correct vendor partner and communicate with them about your needs. How do I communicate with my Home Coordinator?
Home Coordinators are available via text, phone and email from 8:00a - 6:00p Mondays through Fridays. In the event that you think of something after 6:00p during a weekday or on a weekend (and it isn’t an emergency), the message will be responded to by 10:00 am the following business day. This allows our Home Coordinators ample time to rest to better address your concerns.
