With our quarterly maintenance plan, your Home Coordinator will come once a quarter to your home with an experienced tradesperson to handle any small issues that have cropped up as well as standard pro-active maintenance to avoid bigger issues down the road.

Free Assessment

Start with a FREE home maintenance assessment. We'll identify your specific needs.

Our home maintenance experts will visit your home to get a full picture of its current state and needs. Your FREE assessment includes:

  • Understanding Maintenance History

  • Identifying Maintenance Issues

  • Identifying Safety Issues

  • Documenting Appliances and Warranty Status

  • Discussing Future Improvement Plans

We finish by setting a priority and plan of action for all of the issues identified during your assessment.

Quarterly Maintenance

Depending on your requirements, we take over the management of your home.

Sit back and relax with the knowledge that your home is being well maintained.

Each quarter a Handyman will make an hour-long visit to your home to perform whatever is needed for ongoing maintenance.

At the same time, your Home Coordinator will work with you to create a gameplan for your home to ensure all issues, maintenance, and even items on your wish list are being addressed.

  • Lubricate Garage Door Moving Parts

  • Tighten hardware on key doors, windows, and cabinets

  • Apply caulking to seal major gaps around windows and doors

Quarter 2

  • Clean roof drainage system entry points

  • Clear debris from exterior window wells

  • Prevent Rodents and Pests by sealing any cracks or openings at ground level.

Quarter 3

  • Vacuum Refrigerator Coils

  • Blow out Dryer Vent

  • Clean filters in washing machines and dryers

Quarter 4

  • Clean Dishwasher Filter

  • Test Water Pressure and GFCI Outlets

  • Lubricate door hinges and locks
